National Mental Health Week – 8-15th October
Mental Health Week raises community awareness about mental health issues and is held every October to coincide with World Mental Health Day on 10th October (today).
The aim of Mental Health Week is to promote social and emotional wellbeing to the community, encouraging people to maximise their health potential, enhancing the coping capacity of communities, families, individuals and increasing mental health recovery.
It is a great opportunity to seek help for your own mental health and wellbeing, and also consider that of our loved ones, friends and colleagues, at home, at work and at play.
If you would like any additional information or would like to book in for a Complimentary Assessment to find out how you can improve your mental health please call us on 9341 3020.
