Aislinn D'Monte-Doyle

Aislinn started her journey into Massage therapy in 2010, and qualified with the Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy through The Central Institute of Technology in Perth, in 2012. Aislinn is passionate about treating her clients with a well rounded holistic approach, while being experienced in clinical practice.

She decided to pursue Massage therapy after receiving treatments herself which she found benefited her while playing sports and she wanted to work in an industry where she could help people. Aislinn was grateful to be able to volunteer in different clinics and Hospitals within Perth, where she found which modalities of Massage therapy she is most passionate about.

Ana Ostos

Ana is a qualified remedial massage therapist who completed her Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage and Exercises from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney in 2010.

With over a decade of experience and a background in Physiotherapy, Ana has a great understanding and deeper knowledge of the human body.

She is passionate about applying different techniques to each treatment in order to positively impact the person’s healing process.

Rory Litchfield

Rory is passionate about Movement, Sport and Massage. He completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage with the Australian Institute of Fitness while lecturing students in Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Fitness. Rory was also a lecturer in Fitness with AIF from 2012-2022

He incorporates a variety of hands on remedial techniques including Trigger Point release and myofascial cupping in his treatments and looks forward to assisting you back to full and pain free function.

Karrinyup Wellness is not just about spinal health. It helps us patients identify and address the causes and stressors that cause the misalignments as well as a myriad of other consequences. I have been to Karrinyup wellness Centre since 2018 on and off after injuries/pregnancies ect. Dr Shinae has miracle hands, she may look tiny but she is incredibly strong, knowledgeable and gives you a holistic insight into the cause of pain. After every appointment with Dr Shinae I walk out and feel so much 'looser', and my pain is back under control. After a couple appointments and I'm off any pain medication. Very family friendly clinic can not recommend and thank you enough!

I’ve been seeing Dr Shinae for over 3 years now. I first saw her when I was pregnant and suffering from lower back pain. After my first few intensive weeks of seeing her I was feeling so much better. I continued to see her throughout my pregnancy. She helped to prevent any pain coming back to my back and helped open and untwist my hips and pelvis which most definitely helped with the birth of my daughter. A few years on and my self and now my 2 year old see Shinae. Her warm positivity energy is contagious we love our chiro sessions. I couldn’t recommend Shinae and the Karrinyup wellness team enough!

Dr Shinae, one of the chiro’s at Karrinyup Wellness Centre has done wonders for the health of our family. She originally saw our 7 month old child who was a screamer in the car and within a couple of weeks, our child was much more comfortable and calm in the car seat. Dr Shinae then assisted me with my wrist pain - De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis which was a symptom of having a young Bub and breastfeeding. Within 6 weeks, I was out of my wrist braces and barely had any pain in my hands, ready to go back to work. Dr Shinae also specializes in the Chiro technique N.O.T. and has an incredible understanding of kinesiology which has aided in fast tracking her treatment and helping our family through any personal and mental issues we come across in our daily lives. When she is away, her brother Dr Scott is also incredible at all of the above too. We’re so happy with the care we’ve received from Dr Shinae and Dr Scott.

I have been seeing Scott Brownrigg my Chyropractor for the last 18 months , he’s helped me thru some pretty major issues , I wish I came here sooner . His level of experience and professionalism are second to none .I can honestly say he’s changed my whole out look on my life , I have made some major changes , feel more motivated , more energy and a better out look on living a stress free life as much as I can :)I can’t thank him enough .I couldn’t recommend enough , in saying that I have had massages , naturopath care , kinesiology here aswell , the team are truly amazing .

The chiropractors here are amazing. I've seen Shinae and Scott and they are both really well trained chiros who also incorporate kinesio testing into their treatment.The practice has its own X-ray facilities to identify spine curvature, posture, or other spinal abnormalities. They also offer naturopathy, kinesiology, and massage.For me, they are worth the 30min drive!
