Everyone these days is talking about getting enough water and if you get adjusted at Karrinyup Wellness Centre you will know the doctors are always talking about it as well, especially after your adjustment. Magnesium is a supplement often spoken about here at Karrinyup Wellness Centre and something recommended to a number of our clients.
