Detox: The Ultimate Transformation

Spring symbolises rebirth, renewal and regeneration. The weather becomes warmer, daylight becomes longer and our energy levels increase. In traditional Chinese medicine Spring is the best time to support the liver and gallbladder function, thus it’s the perfect time to do a whole body detoxification (detox).

What is a detox?

Our bodies are constantly exposed to toxins environmentally and internally on a daily basis. In order to eliminate these toxins your body undergoes a daily detoxification process however we can become overburdened with accumulated toxins. A great way to help your body become more effective and efficient in eliminating the toxins you are exposed to is through a detox.
