  • Plain Greek yogurt (1 cup) – we recommend Jalna Biodynamic organic whole milk yoghurt
  • Pumpkin seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • Sunflower seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • Honey or maple syrup (1-2 teaspoons, optional)
  • Organic berries – such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

Assemble by adding yoghurt to a bowl and topping with seeds, a drizzle of sweetness and fresh berries

  1. Zesty Chickpea and Pumpkin Seed Snack

  • Chickpeas (1/2 cup, drained and rinsed)
  • Pumpkin seeds (2 tablespoons, raw or lightly toasted)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley, chopped, for added freshness.

Prepare Chickpeas: Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Toast Pumpkin Seeds (optional): If using raw pumpkin seeds, you can toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until they start to pop and become fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.
