Vi is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist (BCST), flower essence therapist and a busy mum of two young children who are always on the go. She has been in the health industry for over a decade now. Vi started BCST after the difficult birth of her second child – her own personal experience with BCST and flower essence therapy has been so profound that Vi wanted to share and reach out to as many parents and kids as possible so that they may experience the same restorative healing. Vi specializes in newborns, kids, pregnancy and women.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch therapy, with no pressure, manipulation or force. The session brings a safe space for your nervous system to come out of fight and flight and go into rest and restore. Once the whole system is in a state of balance, healing and change can happen. BCST can help with releasing emotional or physical restrictions throughout the body, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, aches and pain, improve sleep, energy, wellbeing and so much more. All sessions are done fully dressed on the massage table for adults. For babies, their session will happen in the parent’s arms, while breastfeeding or sleeping. For children depending on their age, sessions can be lying on the table, playing on the floor or sitting reading a book. Flower essences will be used at the end of each session. Flower essences are made from the unique vibrational healing signature imprint of various flowers. The essences work on an energetic level, supporting emotions, thought and overall well being. They are often used to address emotional imbalances, promote personal growth, and support mental and spiritual health.
Belinda Roberts grew up in country Victoria. Being family orientated and of the belief that strong relationships are the foundation of everything, Belinda moved to Perth to be close to family.
Belinda is a qualified Kinesiologist and also has experience as a Reiki practitioner and the NDIS sector.
Belinda’s passion for women’s health, particularly in the areas surrounding nutrition and the effect hormones have on the mind and body, lead her to study Kinesiology at the O’Neill Kinesiology College. With the innate knowledge that everything is connected, studying how the mind and body work has been the perfect stepping stone for her to support others to live the best version of themselves spiritually, emotionally and physically.
Belinda has experienced first-hand the immense impact that stress, and in particular, adrenal stress plays on all our bodily systems. Kinesiology incorporates your physical, emotional, mental, hormonal, nutritional, biochemical and neurological systems. Belinda will work with you to evaluate the stress factors that are driving dysfunction with the goal of correcting any imbalances. Resolving stress and restoring balance encourages the body’s own instinctive healing abilities and promotes overall wellbeing. Regular kinesiology balances are a viral part of Belinda’s own self-care program resulting in her feeling more connected, grounded and centred.
Belinda has a beautiful daughter Ella who has been her greatest teacher and who she adores. Belinda and Ella love the outdoors. The beach is a definite favourite followed closely by spending time exploring the caves around Margaret River. Belinda and Ella are crystal and essential oil enthusiasts and use them when creating their own natural homemade cleaning and beauty products.
