Walk outdoors – in the sunshine or the rain. Walk in a park, along the beach or in the bush. Reconnect with nature away from the stress of home or work. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the smells and sounds around you. Watch the sunrise – or sunset. Seeing the amazing colours at these times of day can be very inspiring.
